R E C I P E
Ingredients:
1 C granulated sugar
1 C water
1 tsp dried lavender blossoms
Instructions:
Combine sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk constantly until sugar is completely dissolved and mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat, and whisk in lavender. Cover pan and steep for 10 minutes. Strain lavender out of the syrup and store in a glass container. I like to use tall/thin glass bottles with a silicone stopper. You can repurpose bottles you have and these stoppers are pretty universal.
